Troubleshooting

Use this tip if NetStorage is not working with Internet Explorer 7 on Windows Vista or XP.

Open up Internet Explorer and follow the steps below:

1. Click Tools
2. Select Internet Options
3. Pick the Advanced tab
4. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the listing
5. Make sure SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 are all selected
6. Click OK
